Message from From Your Pastor
as we mark the 250th Anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, a Major National Historical Milestone, we gather as one people under God, offering the American Continent to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, source of mercy and unity. Like Israel at Sinai, we hear the Lord's call: You shall be my treasured possession out of all peoples...you shall be for me a Priestly Kingdom and a Holy Nation Exodus 19:5-6.
Our history, with its blessings and trials, finds its true meaning in belonging to Him. The Psalmist invites us: Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth. Worship the Lord with gladness; come into His presence with singing...for the Lord is good; His steadfast love endures forever (Psalm 100:1-5) forever. Today, we lift that joyful noise from Alaska to Tierra Del Fuego, consecrating, every land, culture, and the Heart to Christ's reign of love.
In the Gospel, we see Jesus moved with compassion: When He saw the crowds, He had compassion for them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd (Matthew 9:36). He sends His disciples, saying: As you go, proclaim the Good News, The kingdom of Heaven is close at hand: Cure the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons. You received without charge, give without charge (Matthew 10:7-8).
This Mission is ours today... to be apostles of mercy in our homes, Cities, States and Nations. Saint Paul reminds us of the foundation of our hope: while we were still weak, at the right time Christ died for the ungodly...God proves His love for us in that while we still were sinners Christ died for us (Romans 5:6.8). It this love, flowing from His Most sacred Heart, that we now over Our Continent.
Most sacred heart of Jesus, King and center of all hearts, reign over the Americas. Guide our leaders, protect our families, heal our divisions, and make us a people who live in truth, justice and charity--until the day we join the Heavenly chorus in eternal thanksgiving.

MISSION APPEAL
We warmly welcome Sr. Cornelia Okeke of the Daughters of Divine Love Congregation Next Weekend at each of the Masses for the 2026 MISSION APPEAL.
Your Generosity will be Greatly Appreciated!
The Daughters of Divine Love Congregation is an international religious order of women founded in Nigeria in 1969 by the late Bishop Godfrey Mary Paul Okoye, C.S.Sp. The congregation, of Pontifical Right, has over 1,200 professed members and many vocations in formation, including aspirants, postulants, and novices. The Sisters serve in many countries around the world, including the United States, Cuba, Jamaica, Haiti, several European nations, and many African countries. Their mission is to bring the love of God wherever it is most needed through ministries such as caring for the poor, homeless, battered women and children, challenged adults and children, and babies affected by drugs. Their apostolates also include education, healthcare, parish ministry, religious education, RCIA and CCD programs, youth ministry, and outreach projects such as building homes for the homeless, providing food, clothing, clean water, electricity generators, and hospital equipment. Because their financial resources depend mainly on donations and appeal funds, the Sisters seek support to continue their ministries, especially in Cuba, Jamaica, Haiti, and Africa. Donations also support the training and education of novices and sisters, as well as self-help farm projects that provide food for both the formation houses and the poor around them. Through the generosity of God’s people, the Daughters of Divine Love continue to spread the message of Divine Love throughout the world. They assure everyone of their prayers for their families, ministries, and loved ones.
