You’re invited to our summer’s end Parish Picnic, Sunday, September 10, beginning with our Hispanic Mass at 12:30 pm. This will be a bilingual Mass, so the English-speaking Community can participate.
The picnic follows Mass from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm: There will be music, hot dogs, hamburgers, popcorn. Cotton Candy, Vacalaitos, Cheese Nachos, Snacks, Live Music by our Holy Name Choirs and more.
There is a list to sign up family or friends who will attend the picnic with you. It is very important to sign up so that we have an idea of how many people will attend, to ensure that we can provide enough food for everyone.
This year, instead of selling tickets, we are accepting donations. At the Church door to the parking lot, there is a list of items needed – you may choose the items you wish to donate by writing your name and phone number next to your chosen donation. You have until September 3 to bring your donations; donations that require refrigeration will only be collected on Sunday, September 3 after each Mass.
Also, there will be another signup form if you are able to help set up before or clean up afterwards.
